Decks

Updated deck with tile and glass railings.

Before

The original wood drip deck was slipery during the wet season

The original wooden decks and railings were starting to decay

After

Tile decks are durable and non slip when wet

Wood beams, cedar soffits and stone cladding add warmth to the space under the deck.

A concrete wall with a planter at the upper deck level tames the rock cliff and drains water away from the lower deck space.

Frameless glass railings give a contemporary look and provide better access to the view
